עזרה לשימוש בסייקלוס בפלאפון

ברוכים הבאים לדף העזרה של אפילקציית סייקלוס. עם האפליקציה באפשרותך לבצע את הפעולות הבאות:

באפליקציה יש שורת תפריט עליונה. בשורה זו יוצגו הסמלים הבאים:

כניסה

בכניסה הראשונה, תתבקש/י להזין את זיהוי המשתמש והססמא שלך. עבור רוב המערכות שמתשמשות בסייקלוס זהו שם המשתמש והססמא שלך. במקרים מסויימים אלו יכולים להיות, למשל, מספר הטלפון שלך והססמא/קוד של חשבונך. כאשר את/ה מתחבר/ת בפעם השניה, פרטי זיהוי המשתמש שלך ישמרו.

הגדרות אורח/ת

ניתן להגדיר את הURL של סייקלוס בהגדרות. הURL הזה ינתן לך על ידי הארגון שלך. להלן מספר דוגמאות כיצד להוסיף תחום חדש communities.cyclos.org/mycommunity yourdomain.org www.yourdomain.org www.yourdomain.org/mycyclos Tap on "Submit" to activate the new URL.

הגדרות משתמש

כאן אפשר לגשת לניהול ססמאות, הגדרות טביעת אצבע, הגדרות תשלום ולשתלום עצמו.

חשבונות

כאן באפשרותך להציג את פרטי החשבון שלך כגון מאזן תשלומים שנשלחו או התקבלו. כאשר יש לך חשבונות מרובים. סקירה של כל החשבונות תוצג בראש. Tap on this account will take you to the "account details" page. כאשר יש לך רק חשבון אחד תוכל לראות מיד את דף פרטי החשבון שלך. בדף זה סיכום של החשבון שלך המציג את מאזן החשבונות ואחריו את רשימת התשלומים שנשלחו או התקבלו. כאשר שילמת למישהו אחר, הסכום השלילי יוצג באדום המייצג את מה שמופחת מהחשבון שלך. כאשר אתה מקבל תשלום ממישהו אחר הסכום שנכנס לחשבונך יוצג בכחול. When you tap on these payments the payment details page will be opened, which shows more information about this payment.

תשלומים

כאן אתה יכול לבצע תשלומים לחשבונות אחרים. כדי לשלם עליך קודם כל לבחור למי ברצונך להעביר את הכסף.

After you have selected to whom you want to make a payment, fill in the necessary fields and tap on "Make payment". לבסוף, יש לאשר את התשלום על ידי לחיצה על הכפתור "אישור תשלום". בחלק מן המערכות עליך להזין את ססמת העסקה לפני שהתשלום יאושר.

קבלת תשלומים

היישום הנייד מאפשר לקבל תשלומים מיידיים על ידי ציון המשלם שיטות שונות לזיהוי, כמו כרטיס אלקטרוני, אנשי הקשר, חיפוש משתמש וכו'. ברגע שנתוני התשלום מלאים, יכול המשלם לאשר את התשלום/

קבלת בקשות תשלום

כאן באפשרותך לבטל או לדחות תשלום מבוקש ולא לקבל, או לדחות, בקשת התשלום שהתקבלה. Tap on the payment request button you can filter by open or closed request, those with negative amounts corresponds to received requests and those positive amounts corresponds to requested payments. על ידי בחירת שורה ישנה גישה מהירה לפרטי בקשות התשלום. מדף פרטי בקשת התשלום ניתן לבצע פעולות שונות בהתבסס על מצב בקשה כמו קבלה, סירוב, דחיית המועד או הצגת פרטי העסקה

קבלת תשלומים בקוד QR

The mobile application allows you to receive payments by scanning a QR code, you need to specify amounts, transaction types, descriptions, and other required fields in the page accessible from the home page. Once the process is finished the QR code will be displayed, so the payer can confirm the payment. In case the payer to confirm the process without using the mobile application, the receiver can share an URL by email or instant messaging and the payer can finish it using a web application

Manage your Vouchers

Here you can buy, redeem, search open and redeemed vouchers. When buy a voucher you can choose the type, quantity, and amount. Once the buy is finished you can see the voucher details with its rules. The vouchers been bought by other user can be redeem from the redeem voucher in the home page. The redeem process can be done by scanning a QR code, or by manually entering a token. You can also check the redeemed vouchers by selecting the "View redeems" action.

Contacts and users

Here you can manage your contacts and view the users their information. By tap on one of your contacts you can quickly see the users profile information and quickly make a payment to him. To see the profile information of another user or to add him as a contact, go to search users on the home page, type his user or login name in the field and press "Search". Then you can tap on the user, this opens the "User details" page, showing the complete profile of the user. In the buttons below you can add the user to your contacts by pressing the button "Add to contacts", or make a payment to that user by pressing the button "Make payment". To delete somebody as a contact, go to your contacts, select the right contact and tap on the button "Remove contact".
Note: you can create or update a contact either through the mobile App or the web, this is just one contact list you can edit from these two channels.

Password management

Here you can change your assigned passwords, like login password, or confirmation password. To change a password you have to set the current and the new password or in case it is a generated password you just have to select the "generate password" button and the new generated password will be displayed once.

Multiple users support

The mobile application allows to operate with multiple users, after the first login the App will remember the user and the related data (e.g payment settings, fingerprint, print settings, etc.) for easier access later on. At login page there is an action to switch the current user, login with a new user or stop remembering an user. There are some features like confirm an operation with a trusted device which can be performed at login page, in this case the current remembered user configuration will be taken.
When a different user is selected at login page some features like confirm operation with trusted device, login with fingerprint will be visible or not based on the current user configuration and permissions.
